REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

General information

The conference center can host up to 130 people, which limits the number of participants. Registrations will be processed in the order of their arrival until the number of 130 is reached. Please register soon to make sure you can participate.

There is a conference fee of 100 Euro. It covers part of the organization costs as well as all events and conference materials (but no accommodation or food).

All registered participants will be accommodated in the conference venue or in nearby hotels. The organizers will take care of the reservation. Accommodation and food is payable directly to the hotel during the week of the conference. The conference hotel offers a special rate of 408 Euro for the whole conference week. This rate covers accommodation in a single room for 5 nights (from Sun, Sep 30 to Fri, Oct 5) and full board (starting with dinner on Sun, Sep 30, including all meals and coffee breaks and ending with lunch on Fri, Oct 5). Additional nights can be booked. If you wish to do so, please contact the organizing committee (or indicate this in the 'Remarks'-field of the registration form).

The registration procedure

Please use the online registration form provided below to register. After submitting your registration you will receive a confirmation link by email. Clicking on the link confirms the registration. (This step is mainly to ensure you have provided a correct email address such that we can contact you if necessary.)

In the registration form we ask you whether you would like to contribute to the programme (talk or poster). If you wish to contribute you will receive (immediately after your successful registration) a personal link to your abstract submission form. Please submit an abstract until 1 July 2018. The scientific committee will decide until 15 July 2018 which contributions are accepted (and reserves the right to change talk proposals into posters, if necessary). We encourage you to propose contributions. We intend to accept as many contributions as possible, allowing presentations in up to three parallel sessions and in a poster session.

In the registration form we also ask you for a billing address. After your successful registration, we will send you an invoice letter by ordinary mail (within two or three weeks) asking you to pay the conference fee of 100 Euro by bank transfer. Please make sure you give a correct and complete address such that our letter can reach you. Your registration becomes effective as soon as we have received your registration fee.

Deadlines

Please be aware of the following deadlines.

Registration with contribution/submission of abstracts: WAS 1 July 2018
Acceptance of contribution: 15 July  2018
Registration without contribution: WAS 31 August 2018
 

Application for Financial Support

The deadline for applications was 31 May 2018. We are happy to be able to support a few young talents. Successful candidates have been notified.
